🚫 Important Return Conditions

Labor Costs: We do not reimburse any labor fees associated with installation, removal, or diagnostics of parts.

Return Eligibility: Products that have been altered, opened, or tampered with in any way are not eligible for return.

Part Verification: Returned items must be identical to the part originally sent. Every part is marked for tracking purposes. Returns will be rejected if those identifiers are missing or if the item’s condition has changed—unless shipping damage is confirmed by our team.

Filing a Claim: All return requests or product-related issues must be submitted in writing—either via email or postal mail—for proper documentation and processing.

🚚 Damaged or Defective Parts

Please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery at +1 (407) 589-5750 or visit us at usedsteeringcolumn.com to report the issue.

If your package shows visible damage at the time of delivery, you have the option to refuse it and notify us right away for further instructions.

Important: Do not return any item without first obtaining a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

🔄 Return Instructions

Once you receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), the part must be shipped back within 7 business days, and a valid tracking number must be provided.

Returns must be sent to the specific address listed in your RMA instructions returns sent elsewhere may not be accepted.

Unless previously arranged, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

💰 Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll either issue a refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement part whichever you prefer.

All approved returns are submitted to our Accounting Department for prompt processing.

📦 Restocking & Cancellation Fees

If a shipment is refused upon delivery or the customer fails to respond to delivery attempts, a 25% restocking fee will be applied, along with charges for both outbound and return shipping.

For orders canceled after processing without a replacement request, we reserve the right to deduct a 25% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs from the total refund amount.
