🔍 Part Verification & Approval
After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our certified technicians will verify the part’s availability, condition, and readiness for shipment.
We’ll send you actual photos of the part once it has been removed from the donor vehicle.
You’ll have up to 2 business days to review and approve the images.
Please note: the image approval period remains open for 7 business days from the original order date.
Once we receive your approval, your part will be packaged and shipped within 5 business days.
🚚 Shipping & Tracking Information
Your tracking number and freight details will be emailed to you within 2 business days after your order has shipped.
📦 Shipping Guidelines
Small parts (like modules or sensors) will be shipped directly to the billing address on file.
Large components (such as engines and transmissions) can only be delivered to a verified commercial address.
To arrange delivery of large parts, please provide:
The full business name and address
Contact details for a designated person (name, phone number, and email)
Consent allowing us to coordinate directly with your business contact, if needed
⚠️ Please note: If unloading equipment like a forklift is required at the delivery location, the customer must supply it or cover the associated costs.
📦 Upon Delivery
- Please inspect your shipment thoroughly upon arrival.
- If you notice any visible damage, make sure to document it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and retain a copy for your records.
- In the event the part appears damaged, do not throw away the original packaging—it is required for processing any shipping damage claims.
